Rethinking consultancy for the age of change.

The founders of everbrand entered the consultancy market with a bold idea: In an age of constant change, brand should no longer just support corporate strategy. It should help shape it. Our challenge was to introduce this perspective to a consultancy-weary audience of CEOs, CFOs and CMOs.

Consulting

“NOCK NOCK created an identity that helped us redefine the role of strategy consulting."

Stefanie Kuhnhen, co-founder of everbrand.

The Challenge

In 2025, everbrand entered one of the most crowded categories in business: consulting. Innovation firms, strategy consultancies and branding agencies all promised rapid growth and transformation.

Yet the founders believed something different: in an ever-changing world, brands could become the constants that create long-term value and endure. Our challenge was to introduce this perspective to skeptical decision-makers – particularly a new generation of leaders focused on responsible, long-term growth and sustainability.

Our Solution

Rather than competing on expertise, we decided to change the conversation entirely.

First, we reframed change – not as a threat to survive, but as an opportunity to create value.

Second, we introduced the idea of “everbrands” – a new generation of brands built to stay relevant through constant change.

Third, we rejected the promise-heavy language of consulting and built credibility through ideas, content and thoughtful perspectives.

Crafting the Teaser Video

We decided to introduce everbrand with a teaser film built around a provocative question: What if we thought about brand differently?

A sequence of AI-generated cinematic vignettes explored change, leadership and possibility through powerful imagery. An original soundtrack added a sense of optimism and new beginnings. The teaser closed with “Welcome to everbrand,” marking the beginning of a new brand era.

Building an Energetic Brand

Next, we built the visual identity around the idea that change and transformation should feel energising rather than intimidating. Deep green represented resilience, sustainability and long-term thinking. Electric lime introduced momentum and optimism. Orange created moments of activation and focus. Oval, organic patterns represented different corporate value streams that change over time while staying connected through a common brand idea. A distinctive illustration style subverted typical consultancy symbolism with a fresh perspective.

Defining a New Category Language

Most consulting firms talk about change as a threat. everbrand presented it differently. The language was built around optimism and possibility. The brand tone felt personal and involving, reflecting a closer collaboration with clients. An AI-ready tone of voice and visual guide was created to support future content and assets.

Launching the Website

Instead of a classic hero section, the everbrand website opened with a powerful invitation: “Welcome to the everbrand age.” Inspired by the reading and viewing habits of the target audience, the site offered brand-related content including publications, podcasts and editorial formats. Playfully animated elements made the experience feel light and inviting.

Equipping the Launch Event

To introduce the consultancy, Factor 3 – a dedicated event agency – created an invitation-only launch event for fifty selected CEOs, CMOs and senior decision-makers. The event was designed as a space for conversation, reflection and inspiration. Posters, discussion groups and even a custom playlist carried the same message: organisations need a new relationship with change, and brand can help create it.

The Impact

This unconventional launch sparked a lively discussion among CEOs, CFOs and marketing decision-makers about the role of brands today. As a result, everbrand won a series of clients and built valuable partnerships. Today, the consultancy continues to shape the conversation and grow.

Most importantly, in a world increasingly defined by short-term thinking, everbrand proved that resilience, relevance and long-term value still matter.
