Democratizing cybersecurity for small businesses.

Cyberattacks against small businesses in Germany are rising fast. Phishing, ransomware, data leaks – thousands are hit each year, often with existential consequences. SecuryGo set out to change this: AI-powered security that makes professional protection affordable for SMEs. But how do you build a brand that mirrors this ambition?

AI & Data

“NOCK NOCK helped us stand out in a sea of cybersecurity tools. From day one, we felt like a brand with an important mission and the confidence to claim that space.”

Anne-Sophie Hoschützky, CEO of SecuryGo

The Challenge

In a market flooded with thousands of cybersecurity tools — many indistinguishable, dark, technical, and shield-heavy — the real challenge was to build a brand that did not behave like cybersecurity. SecuryGo needed to speak to everyday business owners rather than IT experts, breaking with the industry’s fear-driven aesthetics.

Our Solution

Working together with the SecuryGo team, we realized how unique this moment was. SecuryGo made what was once a privilege of big corporations accessible to small businesses. This made us approach SecuryGo not as a security brand, but as an empowerment brand. The guiding idea: Big security. For small businesses.

Creating the Naming and the Logo

Despite countless existing names in the cybersecurity space, a structured naming process led us to a distinctive and powerful choice: SecuryGo. The confident, forward-leaning name clearly communicates both category and approachability. The unusual “y” could have been a weakness, so we turned it into a strength—making it the brand’s signature and a self-assured symbol from day one. Paired with a crisp, democratic blue, the logo positions SecuryGo as an accessible yet leading force in the market.

Crafting the Visual Identity

The visual system rejected cybersecurity clichés entirely. No shields, locks, or neon grids. Instead: bold typographic clarity, strong shapes, and a color system built to feel modern, open, and trustworthy. We gave the team a fully future-ready design framework for product, pitch decks, website, and sales materials.

Defining Visual and Verbal Language

We crafted a tone that speaks directly to small business owners — calm, clear, and empowering. A tone that replaces technical jargon with meaning: less about protocols, more about peace of mind. The imagery followed the same principle: real people, real workspaces, real stakes. A brand that makes security feel human.

The Impact

The work gave the SecuryGo team a new sense of identity and direction — beyond superior SaaS product features. With this new setup, SecuryGo entered its fundraising tour with new confidence and clarity. Investors no longer saw “just another cybersecurity start-up,” but a distinctive player with a sharp purpose and a market-shaping vision.

But more importantly, in a market historically dominated by large corporations, SecuryGo stepped in for Germany’s SMEs as the first true cybersecurity democratizer.
