“NOCK NOCK turned an idea on paper into a working, premium product that looked high class from day one.”

Andreas Tuffentsammer, Founder of Restaurant Hero

The Challenge

In an industry that often learns by doing rather than training, the star chef and entrepreneur Tuffentsammer saw a gap: restaurant owners had no time for seminars, yet an urgent need to upskill. NOCK NOCK had to create a "snackable" premium brand without leaning on the visual clichés of fine dining or the overused “hero” metaphor.

Our Solution

We built Restaurant Hero not like gastronomy but a digital entertainment brand — cinematic, character-driven, and powered by human stories – a brand that spoke through real chefs and entrepreneurs, not boring gastro manuals.

Shaping the Brand Identity

The visual world borrowed cues from Netflix and MasterClass — deep red tones, bold contrasts, and expressive typography. The logo drew from the gesture of a waiter carrying a tray — abstracted into a forward-moving “R.” Dynamic, not caped. Confident, not cartoonish.

Creating the Platform Design

The platform was designed to make learning feel effortless. Well-known chefs and entrepreneurs stood at the center of the interface — real faces guiding real skills. The structure was intuitive and modular, optimized for short attention spans and on-the-go viewing.

Creating Web and Social Assets

The website and social assets were designed as conversion tools — turning interest into sign-ups and followers. Templates and tone were built for momentum: practical, visual, and direct. Within weeks, the first learning modules were live — and the first sales followed shortly after.

Finalizing the Visual Storytelling

We developed a distinctive visual tone — dark, cinematic imagery that fused the craft of gastronomy with the ambition of entrepreneurship. The “hero” wasn’t a symbol — it was the person in the kitchen, making progress.

The Impact

From first concept to first paid course in just weeks — Restaurant Hero launched with the presence and polish of a global brand. The design established trust, visibility, and momentum in record time. The brand resonated with its audience, leading to early community growth and a successful podcast series featuring top hospitality voices.

Restaurant Hero continues to grow as a learning ecosystem — expanding its content formats and community reach. What began as a sprint has turned into a brand with long-term vision: empowering restaurant owners to learn, adapt, and lead the next chapter of hospitality.
