The Challenge

To give a growing AdTech start-up the professional credibility of a global data brand — in a matter of weeks. The new identity had to simplify complex ideas, connect data and people, and empower the internal team to manage every asset independently.

Our Solution

We translated True Relevance’s core idea – connecting data with human motives – into a visual language of clarity and motion. But it didn’t stop there. The new identity needed to work in the day-to-day of a fast-growing company. Therefore, we created a flexible, AI-driven visual identity the company could self-manage as it scaled.

Building the Design System

The identity is built from translucent geometric forms that overlap like data clusters — representing how patterns and correlations emerge between people and information. Soft, organic colors balance the analytical with the human.

Shaping the Website and the Presentation Tools

We developed a streamlined website and a set of editable presentation templates that helped the team explain their complex technology simply and persuasively. Every detail — from typography to spacing — reinforced precision and confidence.

Building an AI-assisted Brand Consistency

To help the start-up stay consistent as it grew, we built a custom GPT workflow that generates Midjourney image prompts matching the new brand style. This allowed the team to produce visual content autonomously, ensuring flexibility without compromising quality.

The Impact

True Relevance debuted at Dmexco with a confident, cohesive identity — clear, credible, and easy to manage. The new design system enabled the team to maintain visual consistency across presentations, digital channels, and client pitches, positioning them as a serious partner for leading media agencies and brands.



Today, as True Relevance expands its technology and client base, the brand continues to serve as a flexible framework — built for speed, scale, and independence. What began as a visual cleanup has become the foundation of a company growing into one of Europe’s most promising AdTech players.
